By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery.

All content on YAMBABA, including logos, images, text, and software, is the property of YAMBABA Technologies LLC and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

YAMBABA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
