For All Users
Be Respectful
Treat all marketplace participants with respect. Harassment, hate speech, and discrimination are strictly prohibited.
Be Honest
Provide accurate information in all interactions. Misrepresentation of products, identity, or intentions is not tolerated.
Protect Privacy
Do not share personal information of other users without consent. Respect the privacy of all community members.
Report Violations
Help keep YAMBABA safe by reporting suspicious activity, counterfeit products, or policy violations.
For Sellers
Authentic Products Only
List only genuine products you have the right to sell. Counterfeit, replica, or stolen goods are strictly banned.
Accurate Listings
Product titles, descriptions, images, and prices must accurately represent what you're selling.
Fulfill Orders Promptly
Ship orders within your stated processing time. Communicate proactively if there are delays.
Professional Communication
Respond to buyer messages professionally and within 24 hours. Avoid aggressive or misleading sales tactics.
For Buyers
Honest Reviews
Leave genuine, helpful reviews based on your actual experience. Fake or incentivized reviews violate our policies.
Fair Disputes
Only open disputes for legitimate issues. Abuse of the dispute system may result in account suspension.
Respect Sellers
Communicate respectfully with sellers. Threats, extortion, or abusive language will result in immediate account action.
No Fraud
Do not attempt chargebacks for items you received, or engage in any form of payment fraud.
Prohibited Content
Illegal Items
No weapons, drugs, stolen goods, or any items illegal under UAE or international law.
Adult Content
YAMBABA is a family-friendly marketplace. Adult or explicit content is strictly prohibited.
Spam & Manipulation
No spam, unsolicited messages, fake accounts, or attempts to manipulate search rankings or reviews.
Intellectual Property
Do not list products that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
Enforcement & Consequences
Warning
First-time minor violations receive a formal warning and educational notice.
Listing Removal
Non-compliant listings are removed immediately without prior notice.
Account Suspension
Repeated violations or serious offenses result in temporary account suspension.
Permanent Ban
Severe violations, fraud, or illegal activity result in permanent account termination.
