Seller Agreement

By registering as a seller on YAMBABA, you agree to be bound by this Seller Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable marketplace policies. Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility & Registration

To become a seller on YAMBABA, you must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid trade license or business registration (where applicable), and provide accurate business information during registration. YAMBABA reserves the right to reject or terminate any seller account that fails to meet eligibility requirements.

2. Seller Obligations

Sellers agree to: (a) list only authentic, accurately described products; (b) maintain sufficient inventory to fulfill orders; (c) ship orders within the stated processing time; (d) respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours; (e) comply with all applicable UAE and GCC laws and regulations; (f) not engage in price manipulation, fake reviews, or deceptive practices.

3. Product Listings

All product listings must include accurate titles, descriptions, images, and pricing. Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, illegal substances, weapons, and any products that violate intellectual property rights. YAMBABA reserves the right to remove any listing without prior notice.

4. Commission & Fees

YAMBABA charges a commission on each completed sale. Commission rates vary by product category and seller plan. Fees are deducted automatically before payout. Detailed commission schedules are available in your Seller Dashboard. YAMBABA reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice.

5. Payouts & Settlements

Seller payouts are processed within 3–7 business days after order delivery confirmation. Minimum payout threshold is AED 100. Payouts are subject to holds during dispute resolution periods. YAMBABA is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.

6. Returns & Refunds

Sellers must honor YAMBABA's standard return policy of 14 days for most product categories. Sellers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of defective or incorrectly described products. Refund decisions made by YAMBABA's dispute resolution team are final.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers warrant that they own or have the right to sell all listed products and that listings do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. YAMBABA will cooperate with intellectual property rights holders to remove infringing content.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

YAMBABA may suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations of this agreement, poor performance metrics, fraudulent activity, or repeated buyer complaints. Sellers may appeal suspension decisions within 14 days via the support system.

9. Data & Privacy

Sellers agree that YAMBABA may collect and process business and transaction data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sellers must not misuse buyer data obtained through the platform for purposes outside of order fulfillment.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with DIFC Arbitration Centre rules.
