If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for return if: they are in original condition with all tags attached, returned within 30 days of delivery, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items that cannot be returned include: perishable goods, intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons), and digital products.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team via WhatsApp (+971 50 123 4567) or email (support@yambaba.store) with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange a free pickup from your address within 24 hours.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically 1–2 business days), we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
5. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size or color within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable: gift cards, downloadable software, and items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
